Scope of Work: Detailed scope of work will be agreed upon at the start of the engagement. Any changes or additional tasks outside the agreed scope will be discussed and charged accordingly.
Confidentiality: We ensure all your data and information are handled with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Any cancellations or rescheduling of tasks should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Unused Hours: Unused hours within the weekly allocation will not be carried over to the next week unless agreed upon in advance.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide necessary access and information required to perform the tasks efficiently.
